2026 Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival Artisans Fair Vendor Application

We invite you to apply to become a vendor at Sonoma’s longest-running festival, the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, presented by the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance and Foundation.
VENDOR CRITERIA: locally made hand-crafted goods; recycled or otherwise sustainable materials and product components, no unnecessary packaging; high-quality, affordable purchase options, and compliance with all local, county, and state ordinances and permits.

The City of Sonoma has a ban on single-use plastics. The organizers of the Vintage Festival support and enforce this policy and are committed to producing a sustainable event. For more information about this policy click here.
Additional fees/documents required upon approval:
- Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance (SVVGA) and the City of Sonoma as additional insured. Minimum general liability of $1M per occurrence and $1M aggregate.

Estimated fees: $80.26 including:
– Retail/Services License fee: $74
– State CASp Fee (AB1379): $4
– Credit Card/Debit service fee: $2.26
PLAZA APPLICATION PROCESS & DEADLINES
Application Deadline: August 1, 2026
Vendor Fees (non-refundable): $150 per 10’x10’ or $250 per 10’x20’
Note: Vendor Fee increases to $200/$300 for applications received after August 1, 2026.
- A limited number of booths are available. A selection committee will approve vendors, and entry notifications will be emailed.
- All items must be handcrafted by the vendor.
- Your application does not guarantee placement in the Vintage Festival Artisans Festival.
- All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. Notice of status will be emailed to you once the selection committee reviews applications. If you are approved and cancel, no refund will be given.
- Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment, supplies, and products necessary for their booth (e.g., shade structure, tables, and chairs).
- Vendor load-in 6 am – 9:30 am. There will be limited access to the paved horseshoe area, so load-in will be at the parking stalls around the perimeter of the Plaza. This area is limited to 2-hour parking. We suggest you relocate your vehicle to the Casa Grande parking lot or another non-restrictive parking area. All vendors are expected to be “open” during festival hours, 10 am – 5 pm.
- The Plaza has a strict NO dog/animal policy. Only licensed service animals are exempt.
- No products may be handed out for FREE to the public during the festival without prior approval and authorization of the festival.
- Vendor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival as a “family-oriented” event. The festival reserves the right to ask any vendor, its employees, or volunteers to leave if they are not acting in the best interest of the festival.
- The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival will not refund for conditions considered “Acts of God” (excessive windstorm, power failure, earthquake, rain, fire, etc.)
