I understand this application is non-binding, pending festival approval. The status of the application will be sent. I understand that if my business is accepted to participate as a vendor in the 2026 Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, all required paperwork or agreements must be provided/completed before my business is allowed to set up and participate in the festival. I understand that the festival review committee will act to approve/deny my application promptly and in a timely manner. Notifications will be sent via email. If my business is accepted to participate as a vendor in the 2026 Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, I agree that my employees, volunteers, and I will conduct themselves with dignity and integrity. The festival reserves the right to ask any vendor, its employees, or volunteers to leave if they are not acting in the best interest of the festival.
